The Glasgow Belles

"The Glasgow Belles" was formed by Kirsty Duncan in November 2015 for a Charity Event - "Just Dance for Maggie's" at the Crowne Plaza, Glasgow. We dressed as waitresses and surprised the guests by singing "I feel Pretty" from West Side Story, then Anthony Bowers sang "On the Street where you live" & "Luck be a lady" and we finished with "Little Shop of Horrors"!!

On Saturday 19th January 2019, Kirsty and Lorna - The Glasgow Belles - sang with a Jazz Quartet (Piano, Double Bass, Drums and Sax) for an intimate Corporate Dinner at The Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh. It was a fantastic night! The guests enjoyed a beautiful dinner and the Jazz Quartet played whilst they ate and then we surprised the guests as we appeared in our matching dresses to do our show - a mixture of Jazz Standards and Musical Theatre songs! The set included ' Goody Goody', 'I've got you under my skin', 'Misty', 'Over the rainbow' and 'All I do is dream of you'. It was a pleasure to sing at The Balmoral and with such a fabulous band, who are incredibly talented!

Other Singing Waiters...

"In 2014 a Bride-to-be got in touch with me as she was looking to book Singing Waiters for a surprise performance as dessert was served at her Wedding Breakfast. She had been let down by another company so she approached me a week before her wedding. I formed a group - Donal McCruden, (guitar/vocals) Heather Downie (backing vocals) & myself singing lead vocal. We performed two songs - "Ho Hey" - The Lumineers & "We found love" - Rhianna."

If you are looking for Singing Waiters or a surprise performance then get in touch and we can discuss it further!
